SRT ShiftSubtitle frame rate converter
Subtitles drifting further off as the video plays? They were probably timed for a different frame rate.

Play the video, note when the first and last lines are actually spoken, and type those times (hh:mm:ss,ms).

Which frame rates?
Film and most streaming releases are 23.976 fps. European TV (PAL) releases are often 25 fps, which runs about 4% faster. If subtitles for a 25 fps version are used with a 23.976 fps video, they'll appear too early and get worse over time. Convert from 25 to 23.976 to fix it, or the other way around.
